Re sarting the WLC and this time want to follow the plan to a tee.Need to get under 90kg in the next two weeks so that I can see real progress .I have always been stuck at 90kg whenever I started a weight journey and it seems my fuel always runs out at that stage. By the end of this challenge I want and I will be 85kg.This time I am not afraid of success.
