DID AN HR WORKOUT TODAY,IT FEELS SOOO GOOOD TO KNOW THAT IM MAKING THIS HAPPEN(: THINGS ARE GETTING EASIER AND IM PROUD OF MYSELF ITS TOOK A LONG TIME BUT ITS SOOOOO WORTH IT! DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY SUGESTIONS FOR A LOW CARB TALAPIA BREADED RECIPE? I MADE SOME LAST NIGHT THAT I FOUND ON FAT SECRET RECIPES MADE WITH SPICY MUSTARD N I PERSONALLY DIDNT LIKE IT BUT THEN AGAIN I DONT LIKE MUSTARD. PLEASE HELP........
