They are protein oat pancakes. The recipe says serves 12 but I decided to eat it for 1 😂. Anyway…. 2030 calories down the line it was finished. Good thing I’m bulking 😂

And actually since you're bulking, I was reading about it today... I'm trying to build lean muscle so "clean Bulk" learnt about the term today(don't know if I'm using it in the right way) Anyway, would you have any tips or suggestions. I was on a weighloss journey at about 1200 Cals a day right but I know that's not sustainable so now I'm introducing way more protein into my diet and have slowly adjusted to 1300, my BMR is apparently 1522 but yeah I tried eating at that level before and I gained more fat than muscle...I know this is a lot of info but for someone who I presume is successfully bulking...Do you have any suggestions or tips , from your own personal experience. Btw I'm 175cm tall. Thank you in advance 😊
