Went on a hike yesterday - 6 miles in 2 hours 15 minutes (roughly as I stopped to sightsee a few times) to establish a starting point. Will continue to do the same hike on the weekends (give or take some weeks due to weather) and gauge improvement! It’s nice to move outdoors verses my stationary cycling during the work week :).
