Can't explain this slight dip because I only manage 1 and a half workouts this week when I should be doing at least 3 and ideally 4. It's so cold here lately that I feel I'll freeze before I get to actually starting up my computer to get moving - it suddenly seems like an awfully long way from my bed to here. How will I motivate myself this winter - or will I? Last year I worked out in the lounge so no cold air was allowed in, but coming through to the office means I open up and walk past a gaping gate of coldness before I get to my workout space and it's just not gonna work I think. Will see if I can manage any exercise this weekend. Good weekend all!
