I'm so thankful that there are others that feel the same way I do and they post it... it totally helps to know you are not alone in this crazy journey..I am grateful too you those of you... above 200 pounds... that know what I'm going through... it's hard... why is it so hard... I've been over weight my whole life... please Lord help me...I want to be under 200 pounds so bad... and I know that's still very much over weight... but anyone over 200 knows what I mean...
