thank God for Fat secret..I was putting in what I was going to make for breakfast... oatmeal, cranberries, blueberries, ... what I thought would be a good for you breakfast... after I added all the ingredients it came to 75 carbs!!!! are you kidding me...I ended up making a veggie omelette with a pita pocket and I'm under 20 carbs with twice the food.... boy I'm changing the way I look at food... thank you Fat secret
