Well, I believe I do have a stomach virus too. Couldn't get too far from the bathroom this morning and had an upset stomach for most of the day. I also dropped some more weight after this mornings "event". I still went shopping with the family and got through okay. I didn't go to church, but I was still not steady enough this morning. I feel better now and plan to do Kenpo X in a few moments. We will see how it goes, but I think I will be fine. Hopefully, I'll wake up and feel healthy and ready to go. I have been sick now for 11 days straight. I have had enough. S.
