First of all, I take sprouts and a cup of tea in the morning. After 30 minutes , I eat 1 bowl of oats (safola masala oats).
In lunch, I take 2 or sometimes 3 rotis, it depends on the sabji. and a small bowl of white rice
In evening around 6-7pm I drink banana shake and sometimes 2 brown bread with peanut butter
and for night i eat 2-3 roti and sabji.
Let me know if I should add anything else to increase the weight🙂

if you're on weight gain journey. eat whatever you like 🤤. eating the same meal plan everyday won't work. once you get comfortable with you meal plan in like 2 weeks, start add more meals you like. for weight gainers eating something junk or outside of their meal plan in completely fine.👍. I'm on weight gain journey too❤️☺️

plz dont do what shakshi ask u to do . u want to gain weight but she is asking you to store fat which will be very difficult to remove later.

work out and eat healthy other wise you get fat and a body you dont like.

add soya banana. if you have budget then go for good whey protein. and if u r very lean then take mass gainer .

I think you should put on some more weight? I’m unsure what your goal is but isn’t 45kgs too less to be considered a healthy body?

You can have soya... Good in protien 15 to 20 gms is good amount

Calculate your lean body mass first with fat percentage... Look for ideal weight and fat for your height.. calculate your RMR calories and add 100 calories per week to it... Try to gain healthy with heathy diet as much possible with calculating your macros as well... 😊

You Can take anything in food but you have to take 1900 calories per day ,if you complete 1900 calories every day then you will get weight gain in 2 week ..

you must add the 2-3eggs and bananas and 1 cup yoghurt coz it contains probiotics which are good for digestion

just add dal in ur diet.. it's give u protein n more calories both..

Eat more calories like fast food , junk and fried .

I suggest, don't eat any sort of junk food as it will store fat in your body which is not healthy. And it will make more trouble afterwards to lose such unwanted fat. So eat healthy and protein rich foods.
