Well I definitely fell off the wagon today...my last day of class and I went a little crazy with my friends. Went out to eat twice, and to Starbucks, and out to ice cream....
But! I did still walk for a half hour, and managed to resist the drinking, which would have made it a lot worse. So not at the 1600 calories that I wanted to be at, but not the worst day ever considering.
Back to the plan for two more days, and then a great weigh in Monday morning!
