Hi there. I soak 40grms of oats overnight in 110mls of unsweetened almond milk. I add a dash of salt
I use 8grams of Vanilla Bean Metalab Protein Powder and 8grams of Choc Metalab. Stir and soak overnight. I added cinnamon this am and sometimes slice in some banana xx
