still not really weighing in bc it's only been about 1 month of tracking food and eating better. my guess is lost about 5lbs. Until I start exercising regularly, I'm not going to weigh in. I did have a few NSV over the last 2 weeks resisting the urge to eat out or have pizza delivered and I made healthy food instead. one day at a time. hope y'all are having successful days.
