Starting the day off well. I feel good today and the scale was kind this morning. I was at 203.4. I had a great workout last night. Plyometrics gives me the opportunity to push myself. I'm considering increasing my protein intake. I believe it will be important as I get older to retain muscle. Looking forward to a good back and arms workout tonight.
