I feel this so much. I wish I could hug you. I haven’t weighed in because I’m afraid. I am afraid. I hope in the next few moments you find time to take a deep breath. Tell yourself you’re worth taking care of and you’re worthy at any weight. I’m going to do the same. I hope when we’re done we believe it even if in the smallest tiniest way.

:( I’m sorry it sounds like you’re having a rough time. I know everyone’s journeys are different but there’s always support out there and here and YOU ARE WORTH IT! You are worth the fight and you DO deserve to feel better! Some days are definitely harder than others, but you posted today and that is a huge plus especially on days like that. You’re not alone and we’re all here to be supportive, I’ve gone through and am still trying to understand and overcome my own anxiety and depression issues, but always here if you need to talk!

I'dsuggest you read about fasting or talk to someone before you do it on your own. What I can tell you is that you can learn to accept that feeling of hunger. We are used to eat all the time, even when we are inactive and don't really need much. When comes meal time, it's conditioning that makes us feel hungry, not reserve depletion. Have some hot tea, find something to keep your mind busy and you'll see that skipping a meal is not that difficult. Like everything related to behavior, there is possibility of abuse, so thread lightly.

I kind of understand as that is how I started it was just like drawing a line in the sand to say good bye to all the old habits. There are some great foods out there ready to help rebuild a new life. Wishing you the best discovering what will work for you. Hugs 🌻

You can do this. Try to plan some healthy meals and snacks. Log your food. You did it once before, what worked then? Don't starve yourself. Try to do some type of physical activities. It will help with the depression. Keep posting, encouragement is here!!💜

In order to get off the roller coaster weight maintenance has to be a lifestyle change. That being said, the changes you choose to make have to be sustainable. Deprivation does not work, starvation has a grim end point, read a bit, study a bit, check out different eating plans that might work for you and your life and give them a try. There is a way out of this and you can discover your own path. Cheering for you.

Thank you to those who reached out. We had a major blowup in my extended family, hence this post. We lost several family members due to this fight and I’m severely depressed due to it. But life must go on. I’m not fucking up my diet for anyone. Again, thanks to all for The support. It’s very appreciated.
