sugar 99 Gardening: 1 Hour, 5 Minutes * Weed Control at the Pool Dr Appt Today - Printed out my stats from FS along with my daily sugar readings and weekly weigh in's. He was very impressed with my weight loss and commitment. He was also impressed with the printouts and I told him about fatsecret and the logging of food/exercise and especially about the support from other members. I recommended that he tell his patients about it, he said he will check out the sight. Cut my sugar medication in half and I have to go back in September for blood work and will cut my other medications depending on the blood work. Guess he wants to make sure I continue doing what I'm doing before he messes with my meds. Celebrating today for unofficially hitting my goal (Only Official weigh in is Friday) and since I fasted this morning in case He took blood, I treated myself to a nice brunch of 3 over easy eggs, 4 slices low fat bacon and 2 slices of whole wheat toast. When I officially weigh in at or below my goal, that will be completion of Phase one, and start Phase two with a new goal of 300. Looking forward to the next phase. Thanks to all for your support.
