Today I'm getting serious about my diet. No more than 60 g. of carbohydrates, 3 oz. of meat twice a day, 5 servings of vegetables a day, and 2 fruit servings a day. I have six months to get this right and lose some or a lot of weight. I blew my diet yesterday. And one last thing is when I fail at sticking to my diet, I'm going to call it practice and I get up, and start all over again. My dietitian, Rachael (not spelled like that)has set this diet up for me.
