Hi FS community, I need some help here!
I've been trying to lose 3 kgs but it's like the fight of my life! 😂😂 My TDEE calculator says my maintenance calories are 2062 day, I'm active and I trained all my life, I started calorie counting I've been moving from 1800 to 1200 a day, I bought a scale to measure the food, I've been in16:8 IF but I can't lose weight and sometimes I even get heavier. I don't understand what I'm doing wrong, it's like mission impossible! Now I'm in 1200 cals and IF 15:9 but don't know what to expect anymore. It's so disappointing! Of course from time to time I do some cheating but in the overall it's almost nothing so I'm confused here. What I'm doing wrong?! I get amazed to see people losing 1-2 kgs a week, it takes months for me to lose 1!!🙄🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ Any good advices? Thank you.
