arianalj's Dagbog, 15 mar 11

I just got back from working out and I'm proud of myself because it's 10:30 pm in VA and let me tell you if I don't work out sometime during the day before dinner I just want do it because I'm so exhausted from my day. But today as I was putting my daughter to bed I kept saying to myself I'm going to the gym over and over again. I told myself think of it as getting up on the weekends at 5am to workout, its no different. Just have to keep pushing!

I still haven't posted my meals but I am keeping track of it in my journal that I started about 2 weeks ago. For some reason the app is no longer on my android phone and it is so much easier to do it on my phone then having to get on the computer every few hours. I know just do it....but as long as I'm keeping track that's all that matters....right!
