Dont be hard on yourself. Our bodies are extremely stubborn, its almost as if it knows we ready to make changes and start a new diet. the first month is always hard, just stay consistent and eventually you will see a drop in the second month. remember all that weight u gained, you didnt gain overnight so the same will apply with loosing weight.
