Recently I was stuck in a plateau for more than a month and I made two changes:
1. restarted counting calories carefully (measuring, weighing etc.) and aiming to eat 1300 calories.
2. Closed off my eating window by 4pm but I would try for 2pm, and a few days I ended at 7pm.
3. I also cut out snacks cold turkey for a month because I am a snack monster...seriously...just until I could get in control of my snack eating behaviors.
