golds gym dance workout, 25ish minutes, this morning
treadmill, various walk/jogs, around 40 minutes and 2.0 miles tonight. unfortunately, i yet again nicked the edge of the emergency tag and sent it flying (which, as i've pointed out, does NOT stop the treadmill so much as it just clears the display) - and since i keep my towel over the display... tonights time/distance isn't perfectly accurate. but i know its close, because i know what time i started, and around how far i'd gone when i hit the tag.
still...grr.
