Hey party people! Exercise...Busy day at work. I try to enter what I figure the exercise equivalent on the list would be with what I am doing there. I was out with the crew today, so a lot of walking and lifting, plus a good afternoon trek in the desert (the very cold, windy desert!)
I just did a late night cook a thon, made a bunch of sweet and sour chicken with Green Beans, for lunches at work. Its in my recipe box, or whatever you call it.
Cooking is my Zen time...as close to meditation as I come. I get true joy from it, and my family seems to enjoy it too! Feels so damn good to know that I am cooking and eating healthy.
It also feels nice to know that there is room for the stuff I love, like Pizza or occasional desert...just doing it in moderation and figuring it in to my calories. Good day. I hope it was and will be for you all as well.
