Great abs workout in the gym today. Also did 10 minutes of HIIT cardio on a stationary bike. That's 2 days in a row on the cardio! I'm making my last push before a take a week off from the gym and a month off of TSPA.
Today is carb-up day, my once per week chance to eat lots of carbs, but I have to avoid fat at the same time, so no pancakes and butter, but I will be having lots of my new favorite food item, Wasa Whole-grain Crisps. Like a large, thick, very crispy cracker with 9g net carbs, 2g protein, and 0g fat. Perfect for eating with salads or as a low carb option on regular days for dipping in hummus or tzatziki.
