Hello there!
Today was a day of cooking and baking KETO! My attempt at making a chocolate mug cake (for 2) and a meat plus veggie loaded pizza!! The pizza was fabulously delish! The mug cake turned out pretty; however it was kinda dry for me. Hubby liked the mug cake and LOVED the pizza.
The toppings were: leftover meat sauce from yesterday’s spaghetti squash dinner; chopped cherry tomatoes 🍅 broccoli 🥦 florets (small pieces); sliced 🫒; finely chopped red onion; and scattered mozzarella pieces!
Everything was very filling! Well, my weight isn’t moving in the direction I’d like, however, I’m eating so much healthier. PLUS it’s fun making the many different keto meals and snacks. Eventually, I’ll make more than one-time servings. Right now is the experiment phase! LOL!
