Feeling good today. No workouts yet since I had a haircut appointment this morning. I've done for the last extremely well this week tracking everything I eat. I had completely cut out all the carbs and sugars of any kind. To be honest, I don't miss gaining the weight back or staying on a yoyo coaster of gaining 5lbs or more and lose a few here and there not going any where. So I am enjoying the comfort of losing the weight and keeping myself in check. However, I hadn't been able to check my blood sugar lately since I am currently out of test strips, alcohol wipes and lance needles. Test strips are the expensive part of it. But overall it's going great. My exercise for the most has increased along with my water intake.
