Reached my 10kg!!!!!! So excited. Finally! To the next 10kg :) Currently im counting calories, eating low carb, low sugar and do yoga about 5 times a week. Any suggestions on how to speed up the weight loss?
92 kg Indtil videre tabt: 10 kg.    Stadig tilbage: 10 kg.    Kost fulgt: Rimeligt godt.
