My daughter snapped this candid pic of me at a wedding this weekend. Didn't know what my dress was doing 😂 but wow! This time last year, I weighed 87kgs. 61.6 today and going strong. I love new me and feel so confident.

Hey Binqa - I wanted to ask you a question about the insumax-q that you use.... I decided to try them, for the insulin resistance etc, about a week in, but I find I am way more hungry? Like all the time? I can't be 100% sure it is just the insumax, it could be hormonal fluctuations, or emotional, but did you experience anything like it?

WaistAway87, so sorry I haven't checked in for a while! I definitely found a difference in my hunger levels, but at the same time, I've been eating plenty and still gently losing weight. So it's definitely working for me. I found the difference was the biggest in the first week, and since then, I'm back to my usual appetite.

Hi Binqa, no problem - so I noticed my first week coincided with my premenstrual week, and since then whether it was PMS or the insumax my hungry levels have stabilised ❤️
