I gained a pound on the scale this morning, but am still 202. I didn't do much yesterday. I planned to exercise last night, but I was stripping paint off of a surface and got a little too much of the fumes. It made me feel funny and I lost my urge to exercise. I had a good workout with Kenpo X tonight. I still didn't do much today, but we all need a rest day. Back to work tomorrow and my final week of my 2nd time through P90X.
