Lots of stress eating today. I am absolutely ravenous still! I'm in PMS mode as well. Do other people get stupidly hunger around this time of the month?

yep, yep and yep!! I usually crave sweet stuff, I try and get round it with fruit smoothies, frozen fruit like grapes& raspberries to snack on and sugar free diluting juice with lots of ice made into slushies in the blender or alpro vegan yoghurt with a handful of nuts or seeds chucked in to keep me fuller...hope u find something u like! ❤️
