This weekend was physically exhausting and I did not get to everything before the bad weather came through. So yesterday after church I rested a little. I just was not able to eat "on plan" this weekend but I think I only ate when I needed to. If I could get to where a little salt did not make me swell so much, I think I could ditch this eating plan. Until then, I am back on the wagon, for today anyway. My goal last week was to get better sleep. Sleep has been better, just not enough of it! I am tired today, which leaves me unmotivated to follow through with this week's goal of doing crunches every night. There's a little song from childhood that keeps popping in my head : The Joy of the Lord is My Strength...maybe I need some more Joy
