Good Morning FS Buddies!

I hope everyone is having a wonderful start to their day! I have read some very nice and motivating journals this morning! It really inspires me to read about people who go through the samethings i do and how they overcome it helps me learn how to overcome things.
So thanks everyone for sharing your life!

I am amazed by my breakfast choice this morning. I made a huge bowl of cinnamon-raisin oatmeal and had my coffee and splenda and water and i am sitting here stuffing my face and getting really full. I cant believe how a 1/2 of cup of oats can be this huge bowl of oatmeal and only use 2 WW points. Its amazing.

The one thing i have noticed i need to overcome os having a big dinner. I need to eat the majority of my points during the day so i can burn them off. Yesterday i ate light all day and by dinner ime i was HUNGRY! I didnt go over points but i should not have waited till 630pm tp eat 10 or 11 points (i forgot).

I am simple and plain when it comes to food choices. So this morning i am going through (while i have a free moment) and looking at food diaries to try and get some ideas of some good food choices to change up my menues.
So if anyone has any GOOD IDEAS please let me know!

Alright, i am off of here! Got to plan some exercise and watch the weather because it is raining here!

I love oatmeal! I love using oatmeal as flour...I am actually quite addicted to the oatmeal taste. Great choice. I understand your eating pattern. I sometimes still forget, struggle, eat more at night, and feel it in the morning, but it is a processes. I am learning, and I remember to do better after reading your inspiring thoughts. have a great day.
