It's been awhile since I have been on, but still have not fallen off the wagon....lol...been realy busy at work and home, and have not had time to come up for air at all.....

I dropped of the weight loss grid for more than 2 years now im back and re starting again. Lost from 87 to 83 since july just from walking more and drinking water now i am trying the new atkins again
