Goodness me. I have made the error of baking (and consuming) homemade cinnamon buns. Oof. It’s tough living in a home with the rest of the family trying to gain weight. I can’t eat the same way they do. I have to be able to say no more often and remember that my menopausal metabolism is unlike teenagers!! Sigh…I need to be stronger.
