It’s leg day, and I’m not happy about it. I’m doing it but I’m not happy about it! Did wall sits and tension kicks (you hold the kick up in the air for a minute each leg) and the legs are sore. That was part of a circuit training last night. As sore as my legs are the rest is more so, especially after the sparring. No didn’t get hit much but hurt my foot on my opponent🤪
Oh good, someone is using the last piece of equipment I need for the morning so I now have a great and convenient excuse to finish early. Time to go feed the cows. That will finish out the workout for today. Plus I’ll be demoing part of my office today so that makes for an even better rationalization to skip out early.
Time to step on the scale and see the consequences of my skipping out early!!
