Finished my last salad greens for a few weeks. I really love them and look forward to adding them in occasionally, but alas, the do stunt weight loss. Hopefully after reaching the 50-pound loss mark, my metabolism will kick in and I will be able to handle greens and tomatoes on a weekly basis. For now, I will settle for another of my favs - dill pickles.
