Just weigh in for the very first. I hope this will continue till i reach my goal. It is overwhelming to say that i've tried so many times to lose weight and i believe we all experience the same thing. Need to be disciplined this time and no more excuses.
My first step is to have some cardio activities, doing elliptical routine for 1 hour for a week. we'll see how much i can lose.
Diet plan
1. Consume at least 2.5 liter plain water a day.
2. No sugar intake and no white rice.
3. Enjoy green vege and eggs.
ok thats all for now. hope i lose a few grams tomorrow.
