I now have an accountability partner and a new workout buddie, which is really helping to keep me motivated! :) I have been sticking to my calorie intake 100% and am also doing well with incorporating health into my overall lifestyle. I have been working out consistently and am doing several walks. Hope to also do a 5k run in the next few mths. I am just loving this journey and can't wait to see where it takes me. Oh and one last thing...Yesterday I started a little challenge of doing 100 days in a row where I do 30mins of intentional exercise/movement...so I did 30mins on thwe eliptical plus 100 crunches. I am hoping to really master crunches and eventually be able to do 200 :)
