So its been a long difficult 10 months from feeling like life is just going perfectly to spending all my time taking care of my 17 year old son who had a motor cycle accident and is now trying to cope with living as a paraplegic.

I ended up turning to my weakness FOOD and did tonnes of comfort eating weighing the most I have ever been of 89.9 I may as well call it 90 kgs.

But now its time for me to get myself back on track!!!

86 kg Indtil videre tabt: 2 kg. Stadig tilbage: 11 kg. Kost fulgt: Dårligt.

sorry to hear about ur son :( i cant even imagine how you feel but as sum1 who has a disability i can relate to u via my mom.....dont stress and be patient, all things come in due time, be strong young wolf :) for you and for your son
