Week 6 of P90X is done....recovery day is just in time too, I'm feeling kinda beaten up. I am finally seeing and feeling some progress on several of the workouts, though, which helps the motivation to stay on track. (I did "cheat" on Friday, though, and swapped out Yoga for Cardio X - I just didn't have the time or patience for 90 minutes of yoga by the time I was able to get started. The Cardio X felt like it wasn't much of a cheat replacement though, it got a decent sweat going...)
