I ate well as planned yesterday until chocolate cookies were presented at bible study last night, and I ate 2. Then I came home and ate a fee of Bohdan's chips I was craving. Then I saw the puppy chow Mom had made with chex cereal, peanut butter, and chocolate. I thought I could have just one, then ate 3, then it tasted so good, I was eating it by handfuls. I should not have compromised. I know I have an addiction. I should have prayed those cravings to be taken away.
