Well, COVID finally caught up to me. At least three times I was positively exposed to it and never got it. Now, I don’t know where it came from, but I got it. I assume it was at the gym but who knows, it could have been anywhere. The funny thing is that I would not have known if I hadn’t tested myself. I thought I may have gotten a touch of the flu or a bad head cold but nope. I heard that it is supposed to decrease your eating habits but so far, I am not seeing that benefit. It interrupted my workouts, but it is better I got it now rather than a week from now, at least this way it isn’t going to interfere with our trip to Daytona Bike week.
