Biggest calorie in day (yesterday) in quite some time...kinda knew it was coming though. Went out with freinds and ordered it up! You know something though? I only ate half of what was on my plate and that was fine. I recogmize now when I feel full and TRY to stop there, and more often than not I do it successfully. Still. Weight is trending up but I, not tripping.Ive seen eneough ups and downs with my buddies to know that it is just a part of the process. Body physically not great right now, flu or something, so Im just hanging in till it passes. Thanks buddies for all of your suggestion and support.
