I forgot to weigh in today, but I am not optimistic about the result. I knew it was going to be bad when I gave in to temptation and got Chinese food last week. I ordered sweet and sour chicken, but they forgot to give me the sauce! I ended up using ranch dressing, which was not a good combination. All those wasted calories for NOTHING! I am working on everything that I know I need to work on. I will not be 40 and still over 200 lbs!
