How embarrassing. I thought I will come to FatSecret and check up on everyone, and I ran out of time again. I have to go to bed early tonight because tomorrow I have to go out of town to see my doctor. He already told me that I don't need to lose any more weight, but maybe he won't focus on that but will be more interested in looking at my blood sugar A1C and my cholesterol. :) Definitely I want to see you all tomorrow. Keep going! You can do it!

Thank you, everyone! I had a great time with my doctor. I wrote it on my November 14 journal. He said he is proud of me. I feel great!
