its been gooeen working hard and my personal trainer pushes me hard . Ill gain results i know slowly but surely. I want to weigh myself month end. I eat to much but healthy and buy the time i reach home im still full and my mom forces me to eat her meals. and she dishes a small meal for me. like yesterday i ended up eating rice and brown beans. I stick to eating small portion of whatever she cooks. Im the only 1 on this mission and my family dont understand they love to cook and eat fried,grilled,boiled,steamed food.
