went on a little trip over the weekend weight jumped up to 266.7. so yesterday I decided to only drink water and chewed on sugar free gum all day. Then at dinner time 6pm ish I ate 6oz of grilled chicken breast with no skin, half a cup of vegetables and a light Greek yogurt. this morning I wake up to the wight of 259.5.
