First set 34 (personal best) total pushups 138. Pushups actually bmade my sore shoulder feel BETTER. 1 hour brisk walk. Tried a little running, but calf tightened up after 2 minutes. decided not to press my luck. Nice lunch, leftover lambchops and pilaf from easter. Tough noy to eat more of those...SOOOO good! Now my office smells all Lamby!
