After 2 weeks of holiday, being home, no dieting, no exercise, I am pleasantly surprised that I have not had any weight gain. I've stayed stagnant.

I am back in the diet mindset again, and will be joining my local gym eventually.

Hopefully I can get these hips out of the way!!!
