I don't understand from where is this weight coming from. I didn't change my diet or training and I have been always within my calorie intake! What's this?! 🤷‍♀️🙈 HELP!
68 kg Indtil videre tabt: 6,7 kg.    Stadig tilbage: 3 kg.    Kost fulgt: Rimeligt godt.

Your monthly cycle, water intake, excess exercise, excess sodium, a high carb meal, so many things could be the reason for temporary fluctuations. That's a really small amount don't sweat it

I went up 5kgs this month and then now down 3kgs- due to a mix of Easter treats, stress, my cycle doing some weird things, change in activity levels, etc etc. it’s quite a rollercoaster but what consoles me is we have been doing this for years, even a few weeks of gains- it can’t undo years of consistent hard work ❤️ we get back there

Jespes could not have said it better myself! When you in this for the long haul it's no stress. Really 800g is nothing.

800g is less than a litre of water. My Hubby says "ek's a k*k agter" to explain the gain 😄

Don't worry its fluctuating it does occur when you or anyone is losing weight trust me. My Tip is to google or use YouTube. There are professionals ,who discuss tips and educate people more about their body 😄

If you exercising it's muscle. Remember you can't exercise and not expect to see the scale go up. Muscle is heavier than fat.

Make sure you weigh your food accurately. Also be aware of hidden calories that you aren’t tracking, such as butter or oil when frying food. If this is all in check and you’re tracking your calories, then consider lowering your calorie intake goal by 100.

It happens to me sometimes as well... Its all part of water retention etc... Also what i noticed is after a few months of consistency my body goes into a "limph" mode and no matter what i do i just wont loose weight... So what works for me is i just take a break from it all... Eat normal foods in small amounts and dont exercise at all for about 3 weeks and when i start again with my weight loss routine after that 3 week break i start to loose again and faster also🙂 i guess its different with all of us but worth a try i'd say😉

our bodies do fluctuate, I also have done calories of junk and calories of healthy food and Def does make a diff on the quality of the calories

water weight, or just before you period. don't stress too much

Read a bit about the weight loss plateau - remember that when you are eating less your metabolism goes down. You’ll see there are a few tricks to kicking it back up again, some of which are delicious. 😋
