Hey everybody, I hope you are all doing well. I just wanted to explain why my food chart looks a little empty. I have eaten so much sugar and chocolate that I can't even begin to try and put it all down. I am looking forward to the new year, because I am going to get my butt back into the swing of things and get this weight off of me. I would be lying if I said I was going to try very hard before then. Anyway, I am wishing you all a very Merry Christmas, and I hope that it is filled with nothing but happiness and joy.

My weekend plans are to clean the frig and start planning meals again. Also back to exercise. The only event planned after this week is the family Christmas get together at my house with all the cousins the sat after new years. Casual, chili, green salad, fruit salad, and rolls has become the traditional meal for that. No long list of deserts though one of the girls usually brings something.

I'm not tracking during the silly season at all Sherrie. Fruit cake, desserts and lots of treats are making it hard to keep any kind of track so I'm with you there! Looking forward to a fresh start in January as well. Hope you have a fabulous New Year too!

Msmole, my recommitment starts this weekend. Started trying to plan food for the week and a shopping list over am coffee (also for the chili feast) but I really really need to clean my frig and see what's in it first. Planning starts with the perishables that need to be used.
